It runs on electric and gas. An electric motor powers each cog of the 4 drums, and each drum has it's own gas tap with ribbon burner measuring 10 inches long; each drum is 10 inches long and can be run independently as and when required!

The drum can roast up to 350g each!

This is a unique sample roaster and is in good shape and the cogs are in perfect condition given it's age; the pulley motor has been serviced and is in pristine condition, and ready to start your own coffee roasting business anywhere!
